You can reach daysheets support with the following methods:

Daysheets allows you to send push notifications right from the Mac or iOS apps, to specific team members, groups, or everyone all at once.  To send push notifications, follow the guide below.

In the top right corner of the mac app, click the bell icon in the main navigation bar:

Next, press the “Send Notification” button in the bottom right hand corner of the Notifications window that appears.

The message window will appear.  Write the message you want to send, and use the search field below to add whoever needs to receive this notification from your personnel.

Once you are ready, press the send button.  It may take up to 60 seconds for your push notification to send.  In the event you receive any warnings that the Push Notification failed to send, wait an additional 15-20 seconds to see if the message goes away on it’s own.

The selected team members will receive a push notification with the message.

In the event any of your team members suggest they did not receive the push notification, you can reference this guide on how to ensure their Mobile app is allowing Daysheets to send push notifications.

Sending Push Notifications from the iOS App:

Look for the bell in the top right hand corner of the iOS app.

Enter the message you’d like to send, and select the team members to include in the message.

Daysheets allows you to calendar feeds to easily stream Daysheets details to you or your team members calendars.

Don’t have access to Calendar Feeds?  Send us an email at 

On left hand side above the routing, look for the gear wheel to access tour settings.

Once you click into tour settings, you will see calendar feeds towards the bottom of the page.

Press “Add a calendar feed” to setup a new feed.  From the drawer, you can create a name for the feed, and determine what information should be displayed in the calendar feed.

If you’re using groups to tag events and hotels, you can search for the “Band” or “Crew”, and setup a dedicated feed that only has the events and reservations that pertains to their group.  If you want to learn more about groups and visibility, click 

Once you’ve determined what details should be included, press save.  You will now see the list of feeds populated, and you can copy the calendar feed link!

Daysheets calendar feeds update every 5 minutes, and can be used with any calendar application that accepts feeds.  

Congratulations!  You’re now all setup with calendar feeds!
