When you first open Daysheets you will be prompted to either sign in, or create a new account. You can choose from a variety of ways to create a new account — If you’re using a Gmail account, we suggest choosing “Sign in with Google”.

Connecting to the Tour

After successfully signing up, you will be asked if you’ve been invited to a tour. You should have received an invitation from an admin on your tour that included an 8 digit invite code — You’ll want to make sure you have that code.
  1. When you see “Welcome to Daysheets” press continue, and then you will be asked for your invite code. Enter it then and click continue
  2. Once you add the invite code, it will ask you to confirm you are who Daysheets thinks you are, and will ask you to confirm that you recognize who you received the invite from.
  3. Finally, it will ask you to confirm that you want to connect with the admin who sent you an invite— Hit connect. You’ll receive blue confetti when you’ve successfuly connected!
If you don’t have a pin, or think you’ve gotten to this workflow by mistake, click here to learn more about our trouble shooting tips to find a tour you’ve previously connected to.

Managing Your Profile

Once you have an account, you can maintain your profile by clicking Profile in the lower right hand corner of the app.

Adding a Profile Picture

From within the profile tab, you can add a profile picture to your account. This picture will be displayed on your profile in the personnel list for others on your tours to see. Click onProfilein the bottom right corner, then chooseEdit Profile. The first tab allows you to edit your profile picture in addition to other basic profile details like your name, position, email, and phone number. Once you’re finished hitSave.
Please note that only changes you make to your profile pictures are shared with the rest of the personnel on a tour. Your name, email, and phone number are displayed the way your admin entered them. Changing your details in your basic profile will not change how they are displayed within a tour. To change the way your entire profile appears to the tour, please reach out to the admin who invited you.
