Left Navigation

The menu on the left side of the app gives you access to the Tour Menu, which gives you quick access to the Personnel Grid, Tour Documents, and the Flight Grid.

Underneath tour menu, you will see your routing, which is the primary navigation to flip between dates on your tour. You can use the search bar above the routing to find specific cities, venues, and dates on your tour. Use the gear icon to edit the tour settings and routing.   • The Today button in the routing, will to automatically jump to today’s schedule.
  • If you’re focused on the schedule for a specific day, you can collapse the left bar using the hide icon in the top right hand corner of the left navigation menu.

Schedule View

We’ve made the schedule the center focus in Daysheets 2.0. The middle of the app displays all schedule events, transers, and flights for the day. Click here for an in depth look at schedules and templates.

Day Details (Right Navigation)

The section on the right display day type and location, lodging information, notes for the day, and any local contacts.

Above the day type and location, the tool bar allows you to send push notifications, view documents, open the guest list, export day sheets, and add add events and reservations to the day. If you navigate off of the right menu, you can always bring it back into view by hitting the bold equal sign in between notifications and documents.
