If you’ve invited your team member and sent them a pin, they have 7 days to accept the invitation before the pin expires.  If the pin expires, you can simply go into the personnel grid, find the individual and generate a new pin.
9.5 times out of 10, your team member your team member is logged into a different account thant the account they originally signed up with.  This is most common with Gmail users where they signed up with their email address and password, and after extended inactivity they need to re-sign in again, but they instead sign up using Sign in with Google, instead of the original email and password they setup.  You have two options: Option 1:Instruct them to check what account they signed in with.  On mobile they can go to their profile in the ower right hand corner, and click about.  This will show them whether they used an email, or sign in with Google.  If they log out and sign in with the alternative, they will likely see the tour.Option 2:You can also disconnect the user from your tour and send them a new pin.  To do this, simply go to Personnel Grid > Navigate to the Individual and click on them > click the pencil in the lower right hand corner to edit their permissions, and scroll to the bottom.

You will see Disconnect User.  Once you do this, you can go back into the Individuals grid, and generate a new pin for the user.
